Hills & West offers bespoke and monogramming commissions. As our bags are handmade here in Australia we can offer new colour ways and modifications on current designs or collaborate with you on completely customised with the Hills & West aesthetic touch.

We chat through what you are looking for & how we can create your dream bag.
Studio Session 1 – Surry Hills
Come to the Hills & West Studio in Paddington to be inspired & talk through your design ideas & colours. This is where we talk through what’s possible, costs & timeframes. At this stage a 50% deposit is taken to start the sourcing & design process. We will work with the pattern maker to crate an illustration & specifications for design for you to review. This process will take between two to four weeks depending on the complexity.
Studio Session 2 – Surry Hills
In this session we will make final tweaks to your designs & materials to sign off & move to production. Bag production takes between four & eight weeks depending on the complexity. This is where the next payment is made to start production.
Bag Completion – Collect or Deliver
Collection can be from the Paddington Studio or we can arrange for it to be hand delivered to your desired destination. Final payment is made on collection.
